Our authentication service works using hybrid authentication. It combines the accuracy of artificial intelligence with human expertise to verify the authenticity of your goods. Initially, after ordering and paying, you send us photos of the item, which our artificial intelligence compares against a large database of items and their characteristics. Our experts then carefully examine the photos and use their in-depth knowledge to confirm or deny authenticity. If further details are required, we will contact you immediately to ensure the most accurate result as quickly as possible.

For the most accurate and fastest authentication, we recommend uploading photos of the visible areas in the best possible light. We will quickly determine if the uploaded photo meets our criteria. If your photos do not meet the criteria, you will receive a request for additional and/or clearer photos.

If you have any doubts about the reliability of the verification service provided by Vito Shoe Care, you can contact us for a refund via info@vitoshoecare.cz.

If we have already produced a result based on your "Verification of Originality" order and sent you a statement and certificate by email, you can no longer return the service and lose your right to a refund as the goods/service have already been delivered in full.

ORDER DELAYED OR INCOMPLETE DUE TO LIMITED NUMBER OF PHOTOS

If an order has been incomplete or cancelled due to a limited number of photos or our team's inability to verify the authenticity of the item, the money will be credited back to your account.

In the event of a delay in our response time, the difference in the price paid for the response time ordered and the response time received will be compensated by the appropriate amount to your account.

ERROR IN THE AUTHENTICATION RESULT

A full refund back to the original payment method upon completion of the service delivery may be made if the verification result is found to be incorrect, meaning that at least 2 other 3rd party verification institutions have verified the same item and all of them gave the opposite result to Vito Shoe Care (e.g. Vito Shoe Care considered the item to be a fake and 2 other 3rd party verification institutions considered it to be genuine). In this case, we require you to provide proof of the authenticity check performed on the same item, with the other companies reporting opposite results.

REFUND POLICY

In the event that we are proven wrong with the result, we will refund the service fee back to your payment method.
